Philip, my serviceman, was very proficient, dependable and thorough, and eliminated my mice problem. I feel very comfortable in contacting him with any other pest problems that may arise. Thanks for providing such great service…appreciate greatly your expertise.
Philip was courteous, timely, and efficient. He did the job that he said he would do and we no longer have any bats.
The Trapper Joe’s crew trapped and removed 13 raccoons from our large sprawling building, which has 6 separate attics. Other companies were not interested due to the difficulty of getting into each attic. But they did. We had a lot of damage inside and outside which they repaired, and it looks greats. Thank you
Philip was great. He came back to make sure that my mice problem was solved, and he went the extra mile when water pipes froze in my basement. My plumber thought that there was an opening allowing air into the house, which could also be a mouse opening. Philip, who is a former remodeling contractor, consulted with the plumber, and then the builder of my deck, to figure out how to get to the opening and repair it. He is one of those increasingly rare workmen who take great pride in a job well done.
We thought we could hear squirrels every once in awhile in our bedroom wall close to the attic, and then we began smelling a foul odor from the attic. They could not find any entry points into the attic or wall, but decided to set humane traps and come back in 2 days. No squirrels in the traps. They called their lead technician Philip who came to our house. After more inspection he determined that there were no pests in our attic. The noise we would hear was from a piece of siding that was loose and would rattle with wind, and the odor was from a sewer gas leak do to the toilet needing a new gasket. They fixed the siding and we called the plumber. Their great!
Philip did a wonderful job handling a raccoon problem that we had. He continues his work until the job is complete. We have since hired him for a mice problem as well. As expected, it was taken care of quickly and completely. I would highly recommend his services for anyone looking for excellent quality work in pest control.
We had a lot of bats living in our attic. We never knew until our neighbor noticed them flying out. Fortunately the Trapper Joe’s crew found all the openings being used or could be. It is a old farm house. After they were all out we looked at the pictures that they had taken of the excessive bat guano and decided to have them remove the crapped on insulation, cleanup, and put in new insulation. Fortunately our insurance covered that. I would highly recommend them.
Overall Trapper Joe’s had the best price and was the most concerned about eliminating my problem. Scheduled visits around my unusual schedule in the week and on the weekend to follow up and ensure that the mice were gone. Thanks guys
